What Chatlore is

Chatlore turns a chat export you provide into statistics and an AI-written report for entertainment and reflection. It describes texting behavior; it is not psychological, relationship, legal or medical advice, and it can be wrong.

Your chats and the people in them

Upload only chats you take part in and are allowed to use. Don’t use Chatlore to monitor, stalk, pressure or expose anyone. You are responsible for what you share outside Chatlore.

Payments and credits

Reports, “Your lore” and question packs are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions. “Your lore” includes 3 “just you” reads, each unlocking one chat you upload. Question credits don’t expire and can’t be transferred or cashed out. If processing fails, we retry and, failing that, refund you in full. A question that fails to get an answer doesn’t use a credit.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no automated scraping, and no misuse of share links. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Content and ownership

Your chats stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Chatlore’s design, code and brand remain ours.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Chatlore and delete your data any time. We may end the service with notice; you can export your data before it closes.
